Frozen gel packs will be automatically added to your order. You can deselect that option at the checkout page, but we highly recommend them to prevent melting through the summer months.
Please note: due to the summer heat, if you place your order on Thursday or after, we will hold your order until Monday to make sure it does not sit over the weekend. Orders are not shipped out on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
